Booking and deposit information

Booking forms are available from our tour pages or by emailing us.
All prices are per person and include GST.

All trips except the End2End:

Booking deposit: We ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.
Final payment by 1 Feb 2009: To take advantage of the 2008 prices, the final payment must be made in full by 1 Feb 2009.
Final payment after 1 Feb 2009: If full payment is not received by 1 Feb 2009, you will be required to pay the 2009 price. The balance will be due 28 days prior to departure.
Cancellations: The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited for any cancellations. Cancellations within 14 days prior to departure will forfeit the full amount.

End2End:

Booking deposit: One non-refundable deposit of $800 will be due with your booking.
Final payments: The remainder is due 28 days prior to departure.
Cancellations: The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited for any cancellations. Cancellations within 14 days prior to departure will forfeit the full amount.
