Our season runs from March to October, and those of us who work in the office are also the guides who work in the field. Booking and deposit conditions:

Booking forms are available by emailing us.
This will also help us to confirm your suitabiliy and available places on the tour of your choice.
All prices are per person and include GST.

Booking deposit: We require a completed booking form and non-refundable deposit to confirm your place on a tour. The booking deposit amounts are given on the booking forms. Bookings made within 60 days of departure will require payment in full at time of booking.

Final payment: The balance of money owed will be due 60 days prior to departure.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. The booking deposit is non-refundable and will be forteited for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 60 days of departure date will forfeit the full amount.

Transfer of departure dates: Our tours are very popular. We will endeavour to transfer your booking to alternative dates should you request this, but please be aware that this will not always be possible. Date changes made more than 60 days before departure incur an administration fee of $50 plus any outstanding balance. Date changes made less than 60 days before departure incur an administration fee of $100 plus any outstanding balance.

Travel insurance: Trek Larapinta strongly recommend all travelers purchase adequate travel insurance to cover their trip.
