Shane Fewtrell is owner and operator of Trek Larapinta. I currently guide on most trips and run the Trek Larapinta office, therefore expect delays in responses to your enquiries especially during the trail season which operates from March until October, I do apologise for this in advance. I really value your enquires and will do my best to reply to you as soon as I am able.

Booking and deposit conditions
(for all bookings made after 1 April 2010):
Booking forms are available from our tour pages or by emailing us.
All prices are per person and include GST.
Before making your booking, please contact us to confirm your suitabiliy and available places on the tour of your choice.
Booking deposit: We require a completed booking form and non-refundable deposit to confirm your place on a tour. The booking deposit amounts are given on the booking forms. Bookings made within 60 days of departure will require payment in full at time of booking.
Final payment: The balance of money owed will be due 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be received in writing. The booking deposit is non-refundable, is not transferable to others and will be forfeited for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 60 days prior to departure will forfeit the full amount.
Transfer of departure dates: Our tours are very popular. We will endeavor to transfer your booking to alternative dates should you request this, but please be aware that this will not always be possible. Date changes made more than 60 days before departure incur an administration fee of $50 plus any outstanding balance. Date changes made less than 60 days before departure incur an administration free of $100 plus any outstanding balance.
Travel insurance: Trek Larapinta strongly recommend all travelers purchase adequate travel insurance to cover their trip.
